This requires recruiting other - is it Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scheme?
No, not at all. The commission are earned on the sales of membership to the Flow@Scale® Voyager Experience, a live-long experiential learning program for Agile professionals; or membership to this very Flow@Scale® Pioneer Program.
Moreover, as a Pioneer one of your main duties will be to support and lead such Voyagers or other Pioneers throughout their journey. The business is founded on legitimate sales of a these programs, not commissions on multiple levels of recruitment, or forced stock-piling of products.
The reason that personal recruitment plays a central role is to promote the development of a network of quality people, who know one another through prior trusted relationships.
This is also a means to remove the alienation of artificial connections mediated through AI; as well as a means to go beyond the algorithmic social media bubbles; or the degrading SEO performance of websites and personal blogs which prevent professionals from reaching potential clients. The whole idea is to develop a business for real people by real people.

What are the costs to join?

How much can I earn?
Earn 50% commissions on Voyager memberships and 75% on Pioneer memberships, paid monthly after a 60-day hold period (minimum payout $100 USD). See the the Affiliate-Franchise Agreement.
Do I need prior experience?
No! Our comprehensive training covers everything you need to succeed. However, the more professional experience you have in fields such as Agile, project management, coaching, consulting, and so on, the easier it will be for you. More importantly, you do not need any prior business experience (such as: sales, client acquisition, customer conversion, account management, business development, etc.). The program will teach you all you need know, both about Flow@Scale® as well as about how to build your business with the tools and support we provide.
How do I promote the program?
Use your unique affiliate code/link and our provided marketing materials to recruit members online, within the TameFlow Circle or other digital platforms. You can think of the primary interactions you will engage in being similar to recommending a good movie or other products or services to friends, relatives and especially professional acquaintances. It’s not about selling, but helping others by sharing beneficial options.
What support do I get?

Can I get a refund?
As per European consumer rights law you may exercise your right to cancel and withdraw for 14 days from the date of your first subscription and get a refund. In any case, should you not be happy with the Flow@Scale® Pioneer Program, the only risk you incur is to lose one month’s worth of membership fee. It is our intention to ensure you are satisfied with the program, as it is to our mutual benefit to build the business on a long term basis.
